The Russian chat site Vichatter where you do video conferences and chat wont do anything to stop pedophilia on there site. They prefer selling elite accounts to pedophiles instead trying to keep there site clean. WORST when a normal user reports illegal activities the user will be banned.And in the video call were underage girls get gold for doing illegal sexual acts. Russian Police do your job.
