when this site was started the owners paid
parents to have sex with their kids on camera . they and kids who where showing
where putt in a section where only elite members could go . for elite you pay a
minimum of 10 euro a week . i have seen moderators cheering when a girl started
to undress . i have people seen getting banned when they complained about the
child exploitation . members with gold would pay children from age 7 or 8 to putt
pencils etc etc in their genitals and the backside . they would get paid with
gold ( currency on vichatter ) or prepaid money for their cellphone . vichatter
is made by russian maffia and russian law will not remove this site . this is
been going on from 2009 and only the last 6 months moderators started blocking
cams from girls that start showing naked . sometimes their still is a show going
on for more then 30 minutes before it gets blocked .
many pedophiles will use these shows to blackmail children in doing private shows for them , because every girl on vichatter connects trough a website called vkontakt . and their name with profile photo can be found on both vichatter and vkontakt . vkontakt is a russian facebook , and almost every child has a profile on it . many blackmailers know this and will use it to blackmail children . many children will perform sexual acts just to keep there profile on vkontakt because many friends and family is on it .
i have been fighting vichatter for more then 2 years now and even recording as much as i can and making screen shots from whats happening . i send all these videos and screen shots to europol and asacp and many other law enforcements . but it still excists .
i am an outcast on that website because i fight for these kids , and i get many attacks and im being called a blackmailer myself .
pedophiles who jerk off get a punishment for 15 minutes they can not use their webcam (erotica in main ) . in the rules it says if a person is showing himself to a child he would get a camblock , but they dont . because 4 times means you get a perm cam block , and people would walk away , and stop paying this website money .. ill stop now but i could go on for hours talking about this .. to be short ..... vichatter is a danger for children .. vichatter is a criminal organisation . sorry for my bad English .
